Acerca de Giuseppe Glauco
Hi, I'm Giuseppe! I'm currently a second-year student in Global Governance, Economics and Legal Order at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, where Accounting has been one of my strongest subjects — I received an honour distinction in Accounting, alongside a high overall GPA across my quantitative and finance-related courses.
I've been tutoring fellow students for a while now through Tutorly, helping them with Accounting, Macroeconomics, and EU Law, and I've seen firsthand how much of the difficulty with Accounting isn't really about the numbers — it's about not having the concept explained clearly the first time around. That's what I focus on fixing.
Outside of academics, I'm the elected President of the Events Department for MELT Club at ESADE, and I've spent several summers working as a group activity leader at a mountain summer camp, organizing activities for groups of different ages. Both experiences have taught me a lot about explaining things clearly and adapting to how different people actually learn.
I'm not a certified teacher — my approach comes from being a strong student myself who genuinely enjoys helping others get past the same sticking points I once had.

My lessons are structured but flexible — I always start by understanding exactly where you're stuck (a specific topic, exam prep, or building up from the basics) before deciding how to approach it.
A typical session looks like this: we review the concept together using clear, practical examples rather than just theory, then work through problems step by step so you can see exactly where mistakes happen and why. I always leave time at the end for your own questions, since that's usually where the real learning happens.
I teach both one-off "problem-solving" sessions (great if you have a specific exam or assignment coming up) and ongoing weekly lessons for students who want to build solid foundations over time. Materials and practice exercises are tailored to your course level, whether that's introductory accounting or more advanced financial/managerial accounting topics.
I keep the tone relaxed and non-judgmental — the goal is for you to actually understand the material, not just get through the lesson.
