Human Resources is my professional passion; I've enjoyed various executive positions throughout my career, including Personnel Administration, Learning Leader, Human Resources Generalist, and HRBP.
My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following:
● I put the customer first in what I do; the employee experience is critical. The organization's and human resources team's concern for people generates engagement, productivity, and talent retention.
● Values and culture are the foundation of any business; they provide insight and direction for our actions. Invest in cultural actions; it will pay off nicely.
● Let's take care of the people; they can focus better at work knowing that the company supports their care and dreams with adequate compensation and benefits.
● Every action must be supported by data; data tells me if I'm on the right track.
