Acerca de Vincent
I have been teaching English in Bolivia and Chile since February, 2017. I have taught English at every level, in group classes and individual classes. Language is for understanding space, actions, events, and time. We need adjectives and nouns to describe space; we need verbs to understand actions, events, and time. We need prepositions to hold words together in sentences. My job is to show students how to use English confidently and correctly. I specialize in preparing students to earn a high score on the TOEFL.

My main objective is to encourage students to talk. When students talk, they become comfortable and confident with English. I focus on grammar and vocabulary. Students learn how to construct sentences in the affirmative the negative, and the interrogative. Students learn how to make comparisons, how to describe things, and how to talk about the past and the future. Students achieve mastery of English by studying how languages are put together, and by putting English into practice. In the course of studying history, philosophy, literature and music, we learn English.
