Acerca de Ludvig
So a bit about me, I am an Ex professional long distance runner with experience in gymnastics, Cross Training and more recently focusing on bodybuilding and bodyweight training. With two out of three years of studies in physiotherapy in one of the most prestigious universities in Sweden and plan to stay in Valencia long term I offer my services as a personal trainer in general fitness.

What do I offer?
I offer training to any age and level of fitness, together we can find a type of training that will fit your needs, goals and schedule. Together we can create a schedule for you to do on your own as well as when we work together with checkups along the way.
Why choose me?
I take training other people very seriously, there is no “one size fits all” type of programming, I will meet with you and assess your base level of fitness and mobility in order to find the best possible program for you and your needs.
Example of how a session might look like:
We meet up, discuss your goals and preconditions.
I do some mobility and stability screening, to better understand what weaknesses and limitations to address and to choose the right exercises for you.
We do a workout together, I carefully go through the routine and technique of each exercise.
Finally I provide you with programming (if requested) and potential for continuous check ups.
Disclaimer:
I sadly do not speak fluent Spanish (yet), and our sessions must therefore be in English, however any programming and written instructions / evaluation can be in Spanish if requested.
I am not a licensed physiotherapist and can therefore not provide any kind of rehab treatment, if you are dealing with a serious condition such as osteoporosis or need for rehabilitation post surgery or injury I strongly advise you to find a specialized physiotherapist.
