Acerca de Bob
I was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Long Beach, California. I was surrounded by the Spanish language from the beginning, and when I first traveled to Mexico I fell in love with this neighboring country. In 1997 I finally moved here for good, and I taught English in several schools in Tijuana for many years, until I recently moved to Tecate.

My students are "tourists" and residents in Mexico who want to go deeper into Spanish than they are able to go at present. I will base my classes on the interests and needs of the student. I can get as deeply into grammar as you would like; I have studied that in depth, as well as Spanish Literature to some degree, if you are interested in that aspect of the language. I have a California teaching credential (although I am retired now) and live in Tecate, Baja California.
I am fascinated by language, especially the Romance languages, and I love teaching English too, because it's the weirdest and funniest language ever.
