Acerca de Charilen
I am a Biology graduate with four years of teaching experience. In 2017, I taught Biology and Research at a high school department of a university in the Philippines. Since January 2018, I started teaching English in Spain as a language assistant in primary schools and at the same time gave English private classes to children and adults. I have also prepared several students to take official Cambridge exams, i.e. KET, PET, FCE, and CAE.

My teaching method depends on the student's level and needs. I mainly use books and modify some activities to ensure my students learn. A typical class with children involves games as an ice breaker and as a warm-up. Vocabulary of the topic is then taught and I make several activities for it. I end the class with another game. For adults, I also do a warm-up activity in the form of speaking exercises. I review grammar and vocabulary. Afterwards, we do more speaking and listening activities.
