Hello! I am Zoe, a native English speaker currently living in Oviedo, Spain. I have over five years of experience teaching both children and adults, and I have experience with giving both conversational classes and exam preparation for levels B1, B2 and C1. I have helped students pass their Trinity, EOI, Cambridge and APTIS English level examinations. I also scored the highest score on the TOEFL English language exam. I have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate (TEFL) and I have experience in academic writing due to my background as a researcher and writer. I have three years of experience teaching in Spanish public high schools as a conversation assistant, where I helped students, as well as the teacher, teach and understand English more effectively in a good learning environment. As a teacher, I like to make sure that my students feel more confident in speaking the language, as well as create a safe space for them to learn at their own pace and discover the fun of learning new languages. For children, I achieve this by making learning fun through games and activities that are linked to their level. For adults, I make conversation classes more comfortable by offering not only corrections on grammar and structure, but also offering advice on how they can continue to improve in the language in general. ¡Buenos Días! Soy Zoe, una profesora nativa en Inglés con 5 años de experiencia enseñando el idioma. Tengo experiencia con los niños y adultos. He ayudado a adultos en los exámenes de inglés como Trinity, Cambridge, EOI y APTIS. Doy clases de conversación y clases más especializadas según las necesidades de mis alumnos. Proveeré materiales adecuados para los niveles y necesidades. Hago todo lo posible para asegurar que los estudiantes estén más seguros y cómodos con el idioma inglés :) Soy una maestra que trata de ayudar a los estudiantes a interesarse más en el aprendizaje, y hago un ambiente seguro para todas las personas a las que enseño. Mis clases duran 1 hora, con 45-50 minutos enfocados en una temática según las necesidades específicas del alumno, y 10-15 enfocados en correcciones de errores.
