Focused mainly on exam preparation of Cambridge tests and certifications (i.e. FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS Academic) and interested in the development of the links between critical thinking and literature. Teacher trainer at The Anglo ((información oculta) since 2015.
Literary translation studies and professional translator at UNAM (National University Autonomous of Mexico) of academic texts regarding linguistics, anthropology, philosophy and cognitive sciences.

I encourage a thorough understanding of grammatical structures in order to improve sistematically the different language skills (i.e. reading, listening, speaking and writing). Every class, once we have covered the linguistic features (which depend mainly on the students' needs) we move into more cultural aspects which develop critical thinking.

How could I start describing teacher Laura? She is one of the most committed teachers I have ever known. I had the great opportunity to be under her wing during my Teacher Traning Course and there are no words in the English language that can describe the impact she has had in my life.
Laura inspired me to continue in the challenging quest of becoming a professional EFL teacher, always supporting her students not only to master the theoretical contents of a course but also fostering ethical values to be better human beings.
