English Classes - Terms and Conditions Fees for payment monthly in advance: Reduced rates will be agreed in case of payments monthly in advance. This is a single monthly payment and will not change in the event of public holidays, longer or shorter months. For classes discounted paid in advance: All classes purchased have to be used during that month. In the event of missed classes, these cannot be carried over to the next month. However, providing sufficient notice is given, every effort will be made to find an alternative appointment during that month. For classes paid class by class i.e. on completion of each class, cancellations made in less than 24 hours will have to be paid for in full. Refusal to do so could result in cancellation of future lessons. Only in exceptional circumstances, and by agreement between the two parties, can another arrangement/compromise be made. Cancellations made by customers in less than 24 hours: -classes will be lost and cannot be replaced. No refunds will be given unless agreed. In the event of termination of all future classes: Due to loss of business for the teacher and/or loss of classes for the student through short-notice termination of future classes, each party is required to give each other one week's notice. All payments owing for this period must be made by the customer, and all classes must be delivered by the tutor during this week. Supplementary travel fees: 1. Soto del Real, Guadalix de la Sierra, Miraflores, Manzanares El Real, Colmenar Viejo, Tres Cantos - NO CHARGE 2. Other areas - please ask
