I hold a bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching. I have +5 years of experience teaching English in various different contexts, such as formal and informal, in person and online, freelance and also hired by well-known companies.
I speak English fluently since I lived in the US for some years and I've also been traveling a lot and using English as my main language to communicate.
As a native Spanish speaker, if your first language is Spanish as well, this can be really helpful. My first language helps me understand where most common mistakes come from, and it also gives me the opportunity to establish comparisons between L1 and L2 when appropriate.

I like my classes to be as dynamic and interactive as possible.
My classes are usually pretty structured, but there is also room for changes obviously. When an unexpected learning opportunity arises it is important to take it and exploit it.
Materials-wise, including realia (real life material) is a must for me. I also create my own tailored-materials to scaffold the learning process.
My focus is generally on conversation, but the goals are customized according to each student. I like to combine the 4 skills in my lessons, but how deeply we work on each of them and what tasks we do will depend on the learner's goals.
What do you need English for? In what situations are you going to use it? We will come up with a learning plan to help you achieve those goals as fast as possible.
