I'm psycomotricity instructor, contemporary dancer, corporal therapist in bioenergética. I have 15th years of experience working with this point of view. I have been worked with people from abroad, in person and on line. I also offer two ways to work, the first one is focus on body posture, the second is a corporal therapy, so you can choose.

Are privates session to the costumer's address.
We work in somatic, energetic, physical techniques. The difference with a convencional gym is the way you will do every exercise, i guide your attention, to improve and train your perception so we can get better de postural register. If we know about our body posture, we can change it, and make it better. The goal of my work is focus on the relationship between the mind and the body. My goal is go for the main objective of the person who is taking the sessions. Let's get started!
