Acerca de Marina

Hi! My name is Marina. I’m a native Spanish speaker and qualified Spanish teacher from Barcelona, Spain.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE), which I completed in 2025.

I have experience teaching Spanish both online and in person, including at a language academy in Barcelona. I’ve worked with children, teenagers, and adults from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Through online teaching, I’ve had the opportunity to teach students from Europe, Asia, and North America, with different levels and learning goals. I have experience working with complete beginners as well as intermediate and advanced students who want to improve their Spanish.

I also offer DELE exam preparation, helping students become familiar with the different parts of the exam and develop the skills they need for each task.

In addition, I have international teaching experience, having worked as an English teacher in South Korea. Living and teaching abroad has given me a deeper understanding of what it’s like to learn and communicate in another language, as well as the challenges students may face during the learning process.

I’m passionate about languages, education, and cultural exchange, and I really enjoy meeting students from different parts of the world and helping them achieve their goals in Spanish.

Acerca de la clase

Learn Spanish with confidence!

My lessons are personalized, interactive, and adapted to your goals. Every student is different, so I adjust the content, materials, and activities according to your level, interests, age, and learning style.

Depending on your goals, we can focus on conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, or exam preparation. If your main goal is to speak more naturally and confidently, we can work through real-life situations, discussions, role-plays, and conversation activities while improving your Spanish along the way.

For beginners, I provide clear explanations and structured lessons so you can build a strong foundation step by step. With intermediate and advanced students, we can focus more on fluency, accuracy, natural expressions, and using Spanish confidently in real-life situations.

I also offer DELE preparation, where we can practise the different exam tasks, work on specific skills, and learn strategies to approach each part of the exam more effectively.

For children and teenagers, I adapt the lessons to their age and interests, using games, visual materials, stories, interactive activities, and conversation to make learning Spanish engaging and enjoyable.

My goal is to create a friendly and supportive environment where you feel comfortable speaking Spanish, asking questions, and making mistakes. I want you to actively use the language from the very beginning and gradually become more independent and confident.

Whether you’re learning Spanish for travel, school, work, an exam, moving abroad, or simply because you enjoy the language, we can build the lessons around what you actually need Spanish for.
