Laurent is a highly skilled martial artist and an experienced teacher who really cares about helping his students progress. We have trained capoeira together for a year and he has helped build my confidence and physicality, integrating strength training as well as meditation into our sessions. I feel calmer, stronger and fitter thanks to his training. I would highly recommend Laurent to anyone who wants to become skilled at martial arts, or to improve their general strength and fitness.

I've been knowing Laurent for more than 2 years now and I have to say that he is one of the most reliable and trustworthy person that I can count on. Laurent has a permanent positive energy and knows how to adapt to other people's needs, which makes him a brilliant tutor.

You won't be disappointed !
