Malvina began her daily Yoga practice while earning her degree in Dance in Germany. After she moved to New York City to continue her studies in dance and Yoga, she became a part of a strong yoga community and got certified 200 hour Vinyasa teacher. Having a strong background in dance, aerial acrobatics and professional Pilates training, Malvina has an incredible passion for the body and its relationship with the mind. Her style of yoga focuses on maintaining a flow during a complete practice that blends stillness and powerfulness.Her class focuses on the achievement of a complete practice that includes the training of the inside and outside of our body. According to her philosophy, yoga shows the way for developing body and self-awareness, and it is also a gift to the body and mind that helps them maintain a healthy relationship.
