Acerca de Maria
My name is Marysia, and dance has been my greatest passion since I was a child — I started attending a dance school already in kindergarten. I am a graduate of the Cracow Dance Academy, which I completed in 2020, obtaining a state diploma in classical and contemporary dance. Throughout my dance journey, I have explored various styles including classical ballet, contemporary, folk, and jazz. I have performed in numerous shows and projects, such as productions at the Ludowy Theatre in Kraków, Dance Nights in Kraków, and the “Black or White” charity concerts held at the Kraków Varieté Theatre and ICE Congress Centre, among many other dance projects. As a student, I participated in several dance competitions, including Dance World Cup, the International Ballet Confrontations in Kołobrzeg, and the Salt City Dance Festival. Among my achievements are a 4th place in the Dance World Cup finals in London and a 3rd place in Kraków with a classical variation from Giselle. Outside the dance studio, I am also passionate about science — I study Biotechnology and enjoy combining creativity with analytical thinking. In my free time, I love painting, sculpting, and, of course, dancing. Currently, I live and study in Barcelona, where I also continue to develop as a teacher and performer. I speak fluent English, which is also the preferred language for my classes. My goal as a teacher is to share the joy of movement, help students improve their technique, and create a space full of expression, openness, and positivity.

Hello! I’m a professional dancer and graduate of a ballet school, with experience teaching both classical ballet and contemporary dance. My classes are adapted to each student’s individual needs, goals, and rhythm. I believe dance should bring joy, confidence, and freedom of movement, not just discipline and precision. During lessons, I focus on correct technique, body alignment, and expression, always keeping an encouraging and creative atmosphere. I’m open to ideas, feedback, and collaboration — each student inspires me to create something unique together. Classes can focus on modern or classical dance. Classes can include: • Warm-up and body awareness work • Classical ballet barre and center exercises • Contemporary dance techniques and improvisation • Stretching, strength, and expression training All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced dancers, children, teens, or adults who simply love to move!
