Acerca de Silvia
In 2005 Yoga became more than just movement; it became a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery. It empowered me to overcome pain, cultivate healthy habits, and embrace a holistic lifestyle.
But my quest for knowledge didn't stop there. In 2016, I delved into Transcendental Meditation to deepen my inner peace. In 2021 I completed the first and second levels of Reiki, unlocking the power of energy healing.
Fueled by my own transformative experience, I completed my 300-hour Yoga Alliance International Teaching Training in 2023.

Available time slots Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Saturdays from 11 AM to 7 PM.
All packs are valid only for 30 days from the payment date. All services are 60 minutes duration for one person. Ask me about group lessons.
If you cancel the service 24 hrs before the booking date and time, you can re-schedule it depending on my availability.
